These Warranty Terms and Conditions ("Warranty Terms") govern the limited warranty that we give on selected wellness and adult products ("Products") purchased through our website. By placing an order you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Warranty Terms and our general Terms of Service.
1.1 LetayJao warrants that the Product will be free from material defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use for the warranty period stated on the Product page (usually 7 days unless a longer period is expressly advertised).
1.2 This warranty is NON-TRANSFERABLE and applies only to the original purchaser who bought the Product from LetayJao.com.
1.3 Consumables (e.g. lubricants, delay sprays, supplements, batteries) and intimate wear are EXCLUDED from any warranty unless sealed and unused.
This warranty does NOT cover:
Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, unauthorised modification or failure to follow the instructions supplied.
Damage caused by exposure to water, extreme temperatures or corrosive substances unless the Product is expressly advertised as waterproof.
Products whose serial/IMEI sticker has been removed or altered.
Defects discovered after the stated warranty period.
Products purchased from third-party sellers or resellers.
3.1 Notify us within 48 hours of discovering the defect by:

3.2 Provide:
Order number, purchase date, clear photographs/video of the defect, brief description of the problem, and (if requested) the original packaging.
3.3 We will issue a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and (where applicable) a prepaid shipping label. Products sent without RAN will be rejected.
3.4 Upon receipt we will inspect the Product. Valid claims will be resolved within 7 business days via one of the following remedies (at our sole option):
Repair of the defective unit, OR
Replacement with an identical or functionally equivalent unit, OR
Full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping) to the original payment method.
4.1 We bear the cost of return shipping for approved warranty claims inside Pakistan.
4.2 If the Product is found non-defective or excluded under clause 2, the customer will pay both-way shipping charges and inspection fee of PKR 500 before the unit is sent back.
5.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, LetayJao’s total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the price actually paid by the customer for the defective Product.
5.2 We are NOT responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages (including loss of profit, revenue, data or enjoyment) arising from the use or inability to use the Product.
5.3 This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (Pakistan) which are not affected.
Physical damage, burn marks, cracked casing, water ingress.
Tampering, disassembly, or repair attempt by unauthorised service centres.
Use of non-original chargers, batteries or accessories that cause damage.
Software/firmware flashing or rooting of any smart-device function.
All personal data submitted during a warranty claim will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will be used solely for processing the claim.
We may revise these Warranty Terms at any time by updating this posting. Changes apply prospectively to orders placed after the "Last updated" date.
