ACCEPTANCE
Welcome to LetayJao.com (“Website”, “App”, “we”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our online store, mobile application, and all related services (collectively, “Services”) for the purchase of health, wellness and adult products in Pakistan. By browsing, registering or placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please exit the Services.
ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years of age to use or purchase any product offered on the Services. We reserve the right to request age verification (CNIC, passport or driver’s licence) and to refuse service or cancel orders if age cannot be confirmed.
PRODUCT INFORMATION & DISCRETION
3.1 Products displayed are wellness and adult novelty items. Descriptions, images and videos are for information only and should not be considered medical advice.
3.2 Always read labels, instructions and warnings before use. Discontinue use if irritation or discomfort occurs and consult a qualified healthcare professional.
3.3 Colours/designs may vary slightly from photographs due to manufacturing batches.
PRICING & PAYMENT
4.1 Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include all applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.
4.2 We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Credit/Debit cards, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, NayaPay, selected cryptocurrencies and bank transfers.
4.3 Payment gateways are third-party services; by paying you also accept their terms. Card data is tokenised and not stored on our servers.
4.4 Promotional codes must be entered at checkout, cannot be combined, and may expire or be withdrawn without notice.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
5.1 Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
5.2 All packages are shipped in plain, unbranded wrapping with a neutral sender label (“LJ Logistics”) to protect your privacy.
5.3 Standard delivery times: 1–3 days within Lahore/Islamabad/Karachi; 2–5 days to other cities. Delays due to force-majeure (weather, strikes, floods) are not our responsibility.
5.4 Delivery charges are displayed at checkout and may vary by weight and destination. Free-shipping thresholds (if any) will be advertised on the Website.
5.5 You must provide complete and correct address + reachable phone number. Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect information may incur additional re-delivery fees.
CANCELLATION & RETURNS
6.1 You may cancel an order before dispatch by contacting support@letayjao.com or WhatsApp +92-3XX-XXXXXXX.
6.2 7-Day Return Policy – You may return most unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping). Opened/used intimate products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless they arrive defective (see Warranty Terms).
6.3 To initiate a return: obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RAN), pack items securely, and ship to our warehouse. We will inspect and process refunds within 7 business days to the original payment method.
6.4 Cash on Delivery orders that are refused at the door or not collected will be black-listed from future COD service.
WARRANTY & DEFECTS
Defective products are covered by our separate Warranty Terms published at /warranty. Please read those terms for claim procedures and exclusions.
PRIVACY & DATA
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy at /privacy. We use discreet communication and packaging to protect your confidentiality.
USER CONDUCT
You agree NOT to:
use the Services for any unlawful purpose;
upload viruses or malicious code;
resell products bought from us without prior written consent;
abuse, threaten or harass our staff or couriers.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, logos, images and software are owned by LetayJao or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may not copy, modify or distribute any content without prior written permission.

The Website may contain links to external sites. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, LetayJao’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data or goodwill).
INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LetayJao, its directors, employees and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through negotiation; failing which, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
For online consumer disputes you may also contact the Punjab Consumer Protection Authority.
CHANGES TO TERMS
We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Effective date” and, where appropriate, notified by email or pop-up. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
