RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Free pick-up on valid returns inside Pakistan

  1. ELIGIBILITY CHECKLIST
    ? Within 7 days & proof of purchase available
    ? Product sealed, unused, in original packaging
    ? All accessories, manuals, free gifts included
    ? Opened / used adult toys, lingerie, supplements, lubricants, condoms
    ? Sale/clearance items marked “non-returnable”
    ? Damage due to customer misuse or water

  2. HOW TO START A RETURN
    a. Email support@letayjao.com OR WhatsApp +92-319-759435
    b. Mention: order number, item, reason (brief) & 2-3 clear photos
    c. You will receive a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) + prepaid label (if approved) within 24 hrs
    d. Pack product discreetly (any plain box/bag is fine) and paste the label
    e. Hand to TCS/Leopards rider or drop at nearest franchise within 3 days of receiving RAN

  3. EXCHANGE PROCESS

  • Follow steps 3a–3e above and explicitly write “Exchange requested”

  • Once we receive and inspect the item we ship the replacement free of charge (stock permitting)

  • If replacement is out of stock you will receive a full refund to original payment method

  1. REFUND TIMELINE

  • Inspection complete: 2 business days after receipt

  • Refund initiated: immediately after approval

  • Card / mobile-wallet: 3-5 working days

  • Cash on Delivery: bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash within 2 working days

  • Crypto (USDT): same day on-chain transfer

  1. RETURN SHIPPING COST

  • Our fault (wrong/defective item): we pay both ways (prepaid label provided)

  • Customer’s choice (colour change, size change, “didn’t like”): we pay return pick-up but original shipping fee (if any) is non-refundable

  1. FAILED PICK-UP / LATE RETURN

  • If parcel is not ready when courier arrives twice, return request will be cancelled

  • Items received after 7 days or without RAN will be rejected and sent back at customer’s cost

  1. WARRANTY vs RETURN

  • Defective products (e.g. vibrator stops working within warranty) are handled under our Warranty Terms – repair/replacement, no refund unless we cannot replace

  • Change-of-mind returns fall under this Policy – refund or exchange allowed only on sealed items

  1. PRIVACY & DISCRETION

  • Return parcel outer label shows only neutral codes (“RJ-RMA-123”) – no product names

  • Courier staff do not know contents

  • All photos you send are viewed only by female/male support staff (as per your preference) and deleted after case closure
