  1. SERVICE AREA
    We currently deliver to all major cities in Pakistan: Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad/Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Gujranwala, Sialkot and many more. Remote areas (GB, AJK, interior Sindh/Balochistan) may take 1-2 extra days.

  2. DISCREET PACKAGING
    Every order is shipped in plain, unbranded packaging.

  • Outer box / poly-mailer: no logo, no product name.

  • Sender label: “LJ Logistics” (our neutral alias).

  • Invoice inside envelope: item codes only (no descriptions).

  1. PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders paid by card / mobile wallet: same day (if placed before 3 pm PST).

  • Cash on Delivery orders: next business day (verification call required).

  • Public holidays: processing resumes on the first working day.

  • SMS / Email tracking link sent automatically when AWB is generated.

  • Still unsure? WhatsApp your order number → instant status.

  1. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

  • Available nationwide (PKR 50 COD fee).

  • Maximum order value: PKR 30,000.

  • Please keep exact change; courier may not carry large denominations.

  • If parcel is refused / not collected, customer will be blocked from future COD.

  1. FAILED / INCOMPLETE DELIVERY

  • Address incorrect / phone not answering → parcel returned to warehouse.

  • Re-delivery cost (PKR 190–450) will be charged before resending.

  • After 7 days in storage unclaimed orders are cancelled and refund issued (minus shipping).

  1. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
    We do not ship outside Pakistan at this time.

  2. PRIVACY & SAFETY

  • No phone calls after 9 pm unless requested.

  • Courier staff do not know package contents.

  • For high-value orders we use “OTP hand-over” – you give 4-digit code to courier at doorstep.

  1. DAMAGED / MISSING ITEMS

  • Examine parcel in front of courier; if damaged take photos and refuse delivery.

  • Report within 24 hours via support@letayjao.com or WhatsApp (+92-3XX-XXXXXXX) for immediate replacement/refund.

  1. SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
    Leave safe-place details (gate code, neighbour name) in Order Notes at checkout. We will pass them to the courier.
